The 黑料情报站 (Commission) has received a joint application from the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Transport and Main Roads) and Queensland Rail for temporary exemptions to the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) and the Disability Standards for Accessible Public Standards 2002 (DSAPT).

The Commission sought the views of interested parties. The Public Consultation period ended on the 15 January 2018.
