Headspace is a national youth mental health foundation. They can help young people who are going through a tough time. There are headspace centres all over Australia that you can go to. Check out their website for locations.
Kids Help Line is a free and confidential phone help line for young people aged 5-25. You can have a chat by phone, online or by email about anything that is worrying you, including cyberbullying.
ReachOut is anonymous and here for you 24/7. It鈥檚 packed with loads of facts and info, stories, videos, blogs and forums to help you deal with whatever you鈥檙e going through.
Lifeline is a nationwide counselling service that provides assistance to people in crisis. Its telephone service is staffed by trained counsellors and is available 24/7 (13 11 14) and its website provides further information and support options.
Bullying. No Way! is a website that provides information, resources and support services for young children, students, parents and teachers on a range of bullying issues and related matters. It also provides a range of helpful ideas and links to important support services.

Mental Health Services
Be You is the part of beyondblue that has a specific focus on young people aged 12 to 25 years.
Depression and anxiety are two of the most common mental health problems experienced by young people. If you, or anyone else you know, is suffering from either of these illnesses, check out the website for a range of support services and resources available to help you.
